José Ramirez is a former soccer player who represented the Peruvian U17 national team, won a national university championship, and took part in international university tournaments. He brings over eight years of coaching experience to the table. He holds a National C Coaching License and is currently working towards his USSF B license.

He began his coaching journey at FCB Escola Florida and later moved to PSG Academy Florida. His 2011 team was one of the top teams in the nation, and his 2010 team was ranked second in the country. Throughout his coaching career, he has worked with players ranging from U7 to U16.

Luis Velasco is a highly experienced youth development coach with over 15 years of experience working with players across all stages of the game. He holds the full U.S. Soccer Grassroots Coaching pathway, including certifications in 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11—demonstrating his ability to develop players from the foundational level to the full-sided game.

 

With a background as a collegiate player at Universidad Central de Venezuela (U.C.V.), Luis combines playing experience with a strong coaching methodology focused on long-term player growth. His mission goes beyond soccer—developing disciplined, confident, and responsible individuals through the game.

With over 10 years of coaching experience, Coach Claudio has built a strong track record of developing players across all levels, from beginners to highly competitive environments. His coaching journey includes seven years with Hollywood FC, followed by one year each with Juventus Academy and PSG Academy, and he is currently in his first year with GOT FC.

 

He has coached players from U4 through U15, with extensive experience leading the 2015, 2013, and 2012 age groups over multiple years during his time as a coach. This continuity has allowed him to play a key role in long-term player development, helping athletes grow technically, tactically, and mentally over time. His retention rate among top-level players has consistently been high, reflecting both player trust and the competitive environment he creates.

 

Known for demanding high standards while staying committed to player growth, Coach Claudio focuses on building technically clean, tactically intelligent, and mentally resilient players who can compete at the highest levels. His teams emphasize possession, structured build-up, and disciplined defensive organization, preparing players for the next stages of their careers.

 

He holds a USSF D License and is currently pursuing his C License, continuing to invest in his development and refine his coaching methodology.

Franklin Becerra has a strong background in collegiate sports from his time in Colombia and is dedicated to both his academic and professional growth. He exemplifies discipline and punctuality. His passion lies in sports training, particularly in the areas of sports initiation, development, and competition.

 

Franklin possesses excellent skills for both individual and team collaboration, fostering positive relationships with children and youth, and demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm for creating different activities. He designs various sports programs aimed at instilling values through healthy interactions. With over a decade of experience in the sports field, he has made significant contributions. His coaching journey began in Medellín, Colombia, where he achieved championship success as a coach for the Antioquia Soccer League in 2019. He also served as a physical trainer for the River Plate Medellín club. 

Jeison Hernández is a certified strength and conditioning coach with a degree in Physical Education and Sports Science. He holds a Level B license in physical preparation and brings over 12 years of experience working in high-performance environments.

A former professional soccer player with a 10-year career, Jason combines firsthand experience on the field with advanced training methodologies to develop athletes at all levels.

Throughout his coaching career, he has specialized in performance development, helping athletes improve strength, speed, and overall conditioning for competitive play.

He is currently serving as the strength and conditioning coach for GOT FC 2011 PREMIER and GOT FC 2012 GOLD, contributing to the development of young athletes in a high-performance setting.

Metodi Hristov is a former semi-professional soccer player who also represented his university team. With a decade of experience coaching in youth academies, he has led the top team in the country for several years and has played a pivotal role in developing numerous players.

For the past three years, he has utilized his scouting skills as a scout for Inter Miami.
